Open Enrollment Period (OEP)
- January 1 – March 31
- If you missed your Initial Enrollment Period for Part B, you can enroll in this time frame. Then your coverage for Part B will start on July 1 of the year you apply.
- You can switch to a new Medicare Advantage Plan.
- You can drop your Medicare Advantage Plan and return to Original Medicare.
- If you qualify, you may also enroll in a standalone Part D plan.
